Personally, I like the  idea of having both Wisconsin and Ohio State off the schedule next year. With the Cedar Rapids proposal, the only tough teams that rotate off the schedule are Michigan and Penn State. Having Illinois, Maryland, Rutgers, Indiana and Purdue fall off the schedule means we don't get to play some of the 'softer' conference teams. And, yes I know that is a generalization, but true based on records over the past 50 years or so.
