The News Flash here in Columbus, Georgia is that Gus Malzahn is on a flight
to Auburn to accept the head coaching position. That really surprises me.
He was very unsuccessful the first year of Chizik after Cam Newton. He does
not have the players to implement a spread.

The thing that does make sense is that he was implicated as the guy who
took the money from Bobby Lowder to throw Tommy Tubberville under the bus.
