[Husker] Oklahoma not invited to a BCS Bowl

So how did #22 Louisville and #16 N. Illinois getting invited to the Sugar and 
the Orange bowl over #12 Oklahoma?

N. Illinois?  The only ranked team they played was #18 Kent State.
