[Husker] Oklahoma not invited to a BCS Bowl

The highest ranked non-BCS school ranked in the top 16 must get a BCS invite.

As for Louisville, didn't they win their conference?  They are still in an automatic qualifier.

So how did #22 Louisville and #16 N. Illinois getting invited to the Sugar and the Orange bowl over #12 Oklahoma?

N. Illinois?  The only ranked team they played was #18 Kent State.
