That player may have been able to tackle Turner if he was not BLOCKED!If this is what football is becoming, it will become very difficult to watch.  Bell had few choices.  He can not block below the waist anymore, you cannont hit a guy above the shoulders, so that leaves little room in which to execute a skill on someone running a full speed.  It was a PATHETIC call. Of course there was replay, but replay cannot be used for most penalties.
