I'm guessing not.  The coaches talked up all three players (Heard, Green, and Abdullah) in the spring, but we didn't have a spring game to see them play.  It sounds like Heard is in line to be the nickel or dime back in the secondary, so he'll be playing a crucial role on defense.  At I-back, he'd be third string at best.  


He would be an insurance policy at I-back, should there be a run of injuries like in 2009 when Burkhead and Helu were hobbled after the Missouri game.
