ESPN already had him as a mid 3rd round selection but suggests he might 
fall to the 4th round now.  

As to whether that hurts his career long term, it sort of depends on
who drafts him.   If he goes to a better team (eg, later in the 3rd round)
it could actually turn out to be good for him.  but if he gets drafted
early in the 4th round, well, I hate seeing good players get stuck on 
bad teams.  (And I suspect that what's wrong with the Colts won't get
fixed just by drafting one QB, no matter how good he was in college.)
