I agree with you.  AT BEST, one could maybe claim that they are equal
jobs.  Just me, but I think the HC job at Arkansas is a notch down from the
one at Nebraska.  Not a huge step, but a step nonetheless.  I'm sure folks
in Little Rock would say the opposite, but there you go.
