I know Wilson hasn't played against good competition this year, but John is spot on with "the guy is bloody phenomenal." You don't have to see him play against top defenses to see the kind of quarterback he is. Smooth, smart and talented. He's the exact type of quarterback that has given the Pelini defense fits.
I've watched Wisconsin twice this season and I am in awe of what a smooth operator he is. I remember him from North Carolina State and when Wisconsin got him I remember thinking that could push them to the top this season. And when we're done talking about Wilson, let's dive in to the two-headed running back monster of Ball and White.
Defense needs to stand tall or this could get ugly.

I'm guessing you're not... but good grief that guy can throw the ball far, accurate and on the run.
What Wilson has brought to Wisconsin is a completely different approach to their offense. You can't look back at last year's offense and have an idea of what to do (although it sounds great) because while they used to be so reliant on play-action, with Wilson they have a bona fide passing game.
The guy is bloody phenomenal.
