Probably, Misty's seems to be the only restaurant visitors know about
in Lincoln.  (They recently announced plans to open another location
at around 40th & Old Cheney.)  

I find Misty's prime rib to be unmemorable, but it may be the best of
a rather sorry lot.  

Lincoln is a rather mediocre restaurant town in general.  I tell people who 
ask me for a restaurant recommendation to go to Chances R in York, 
though recently I also mention Le Voltaire in Omaha.
