[Husker] Todd Blackledge/food in Lincoln

Here's what I'm hoping will be a good midweek Q.

I bet I'm not the only one who has non-husker games on TV with no volume so I can walk around the house doing miscellaneous chores and occasionlly check in with whatever game is going on.

So this past weekend while wandering through the living room suddenly I see Todd Blackledge hitting an enoromous ice cream sundae in Clemson, S.C.  I remember this is a standard feature of his; checking out "food porn" in college towns around the country.  In the past I've seen him eat monstrous burgers (like 2 lbs plus) in Columbus, Ohio and an enormous plate of barbeque in Austin, TX.

I'm sure Todd's been to Lincoln as a color guy.   Which restaurant did he feature?
