[Husker] PAC-12 will not expand

I remember this article as well about the last straw that sent Osborne and
Perlman looking elsewhere.  But I believe the question was "Will Texas
forego it's television rights and defer them to the conference."  The answer
was a flat "No".  I don't believe there was any talk of revenue sharing or
private networks.
