[Husker] kick reception interference

If those calls were so bad, why can't I find highlights on them anywhere?
From my perspective in south stadium, the call on the Burkhead punt return was absolutely correct. This isn't the halo rule; you have to have a chance to catch the punt, and Washington didn't give him a chance. The rules quoted online show the calls were correct. But I haven't seen a single replay.
Just because Matt Millen didn't like the call doesn't mean the call was bad. What does Matt Millen REALLY know? (see Lions, Detroit)

They were lousy calls. Nobody impeded Marlowe on his way to the ball, he stumbled, and there was no one standing where the ball came down - it did not hit a Washington player.
On Burkhead's punt return - there is no halo - if you don't want to get hit immediately, call a fair catch. It was a good aggressive play by the Washington coverage player and Burkhead caught the ball.
Put it this way - had a call like that gone against Nebraska, we'd all be bitching about it and we'd be right.
