[Husker] kick reception interference

Good point about the ball not hitting a Washington player, I hadn't 
considered that.  I hadn't considered the call on the Burkhead hit 
to be bad, and was glad it didn't have quite the impact of the first 
penalty (i.e., yardage, but not change of possession).
