[Husker] Washington

I thought the offense was VERY much improved. They were able to move the
ball downfield, without having to rely on 40+ yd plays. While the big play
is exciting, sustained drives are much more important. That said, 3rd down
conversion is abysmal. I'm hoping that gets addressed very quickly.

The defense still needs some work, although I'm not certain it's as bad as
it looks. Receivers were wide open at times. Was that due to poor DB play
or a poor pass rush? Maybe a little of both. I think Price was very good
at moving in the pocket, which made both the rush and the coverage look bad.
I think, had they had a less mobile QB, the Defense would have looked way
better. Tackling still seems to be a problem, though. Lots of yds after
contact.

One note...how about the hit Crick put on Price. That was a game-changer
for awhile.

Last note...Huskers were more effective on defense when they blitzed. I
think we'll be seeing more of that in the future...especially when Dennard
gets on the field.
