[Husker] Nebraska stays at #10 in both polls

There is only a three total point difference between UNL and SC.  As few as three spot drop could make that difference.  If I recall, there was also a small change down around Texas/TCU.  They are now tied.  No teams dropped out or moved in as a result of the adjusted ballot.
