[Husker] option technique

It seemed to me when Nebraska ran the option yesterday that the 
position of the outside back seemed to vary quite a lot with respect 
to the quarterback as they ran.  Isn't he supposed to stay about the 
same distance and angle from the quarterback?  The variations had to 
have made it harder to make a good pitch--and possibly harder to 
make the decision whether or not to pitch.
