[Husker] OU making a move?

I have been hearing all day that there is talk, rumor, whispers, sources,
etc...that Oklahoma is going to do "something".  Most speculation centers
around a move to the PAC-12.  Now the school president is saying that they
are evaluating their options and will be making a decision within the next 3
weeks:

""So, we have to carefully evaluate the various comments that are being made
to us and the various possibilities that are being shown to us before we
decide what's best for the university to do."
