[Husker] Student tickets

You can't blame Callahan for this one.

During the past 20 years, dating back to the end of the Osborne years, 
the number of student tickets being sold has declined, and UNL, seeing 
a lowered demand, converted some of those seats into non-student tickets.
This has been reported by the ticket office several times over the
years, and I think even discussed here, though not recently.

Part of this may be due to increased diligence on UNL's part in keeping
students from selling their tickets for a big profit.  

If this is not just a one-year phenomenon due to the Huskers joining the
Big Ten and the trend has actually reversed, it will not be easy to 
undo that conversion.
