Nebraska is definitely in the driver's seat for the Legends Division right now. Hopefully the coaches can keep the team grounded for the Northwestern game. I have this on on a semi upset alert. Over confidence and mistakes could be disastrous for the Huskers. However, this is a good coaching staffing and they appear to know how to keep the players focused.

It appears to me that Taylor Martinez is a 'rhythm' thrower. They need call more short passes to get him into a rhythm and get his confidence up. Then he's a lot more accurate. This looks like the difference between his throws in the half versus the second half.

In my opinion, the Big-10 is in big trouble. The Pelini's have figured out Big-10 offenses. Just wait until they recruit for this defense. Nebraska's defenses are going to dominate for years to come.

Nebraska sure has not gotten any breaks this season. Most Big-10 teams have either played the bulk of their hard games or are entering their hard games now. Nebraska has had theirs spread out. So far so good. It does look like while Nebraska has continued to improve a lot of the other teams are as good as they are going to be.

I never bought into the Wisconsin hype and believe that Penn State is in the same boat. They are a good solid team, but have gotten as good as they can be. Michigan will be a challenge due to the crowd and a mobile quarterback, but as I said before Nebraska has figured out these offenses.

If Nebraska loses to either Penn State or Michigan, then the Iowa game is a must win.

The Leaders Division may be up for grabs. If Nebraska wins and Ohio Stat wins out, then it will be Nebraska vs Ohio State.

This is definitely a fun season.

Go Big Red!
