The United Football League has announced that they are canceling the final
game of the 2011 season, and had originally planned to hold a championship
game Friday between the league leaders (Virginia and Las Vegas); however,
Omaha will get a chance to host a final exhibition game, presumably against
Sacramento, on the same day. This might be your last chance to catch a UFL
game, per

Joe Moglia, formerly an unpaid "volunteer coach" for the 'Huskers, might be
back in that role soon. Eric Crouch, whose UFL season ended early due to
injury, might also be looking for something to do. (Nebraska has two
offensive line coaches and no full-time QB coach at the moment.)

A wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring
one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their
own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the
mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of
good government... - Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address
