And I usually really hate to agree with the color guys doing the broadcast,
but who ever it was nailed it last night.  Martinez can be very efficient in
the 10-15 yard range, and that appears exactly where Beck had him throwing.
And the line, lets not forget those young men, gave him protection in the
second half in order to get those throws off.  I think a perfect storm of
Beck calls and Martinez running the offense really came together in the
third quarter.  And the killer was the line blocking on the toss sweeps to
Burkhead, plus his desire to get down field past, through or over the
defenders.  Amazing.  I had actually switched over to the
Michigan-Northwestern game in the second quarter (but the outcome wasn't
much better - Sorry Mike). Glad I didn't cancel the DVR recording at half
time.   8^)
