Somebody must be telling Martinez to slide - or at least to try - so that is on the coaches and their complete lack of trust in the backup. Big win and maybe this is the one to build on. GBR.

David is the real deal. Burkhead is the real deal.
I was impressed with the move of Baptist (and did it pay off).
T-Mart, I think the jury is out. I didn't see anything that convinced me he
s the man. I have been neutral on him all year and stay neutral. I was very
egative on him in the first half. He still is inconsistent in making
ecisions. He still goes down easily when hit. He indecisive on the run. He
ill still slide for the first down...if he wants to be a running QB, he
uns it out. His throwing is awful, I swear my daughter has a better
hrowing action.

I have been VERY critical of TM time and time again. I give him all the
credit in the world, he's played GREAT tonight (except one throw).
Of course, give Beck credit for calling a game that is much more to his
strengths. Short passes, move the chains. Not to mention they CLEARLY
focused on the check down.
KEEP IT GOING BOYS!!! HOLY CRAP!!! I thought we were done a long time
ago.

Trying to be politically correct. The winner can boast about being the
worlds tallest oompa loompa :)
Clearly something is missing on defense. Is it Marvin Sanders? Is it
just a young D? I don't know but the product on the field is wildly up
and down. Strangely I don't feel quite as bad about the offense.
I've never seen a fundamentally unsound Pellini defense so this is new
ground.
