[Husker] New Offense???

I'm still not seeing the "New" offense that Beck installed.  To me, for the most part, it looks a lot like last year's.  

Can anyone on the list break down what the differences are?

Also, I notice that TM appears to be changing the play quite a bit.  Is that just a decoy, or is he really changing the play?  Does he ever change the play from Pass to Run (or visa versa), only from Left-to-Right, or can he change the play in its entirety (e.g. from option to sweep)?
