[Husker] Has there ever been a worse defense on 3rd down?

This is often overlooked and his throwing is what's criticized much.
However, if he could properly execute the option, his throwing wouldn't be
as big of a burden.

However the QB's you mentioned were able to properly run the option,
Martinez, not so much.
