[Husker] Has there ever been a worse defense on 3rd down?

BTW, if it seems bad that Wisconsin converted 8 of 12 third down
attempts, it seems worse to me that they only HAD 12 third down
attempts.  That means they were getting first downs (or scoring) 
on first and second downs a lot.
