One of the Indy TV stations had a brief blurb on their new program
last night about the rules for selling tickets outside the stadium.
> That's not unusual, in my experience. A friend and I went to the
> 1999 Big XII championship in San Antonio (NU avenged their only
> loss that year, winning 22-6 vs. Texas) without tickets, and got
> in for $25 each (face value of the ticket was $75 if memory
> serves).
>>
>> Yes, I was surprised by the lack of demand. I ended up taking a
>> small loss on my tickets and I can see from StubHub that we're
>> now in capitulation selling. You've got a few hours to pick up
>> some real cheap tickets if you happen to be interested. At the
>> prices some sellers are listing, they will be getting back only
>> 25% of face value after StubHub's 15% commission on sellers.
>>>
>>> Anyone heard that Husker fans who bought early B1G Championship
>>> game tickets are having a hard time selling them? Appears to be
>>> little demand from either Wisconsin or Michigan State fans.
>>> Interesting.
