And with signs of progress at Minnesota, next year could be even
harder for the Huskers, though Michigan State and Wisconsin could both
backslide a bit depending on who takes over at QB there.  

And that could also mean that the Big Ten could have 11 of 12 teams 
bowl-eligible a year from now, barring NCAA sanctions against Ohio State.  
(I'm not holding out much hope for Indiana in 2012.)
