[Husker] 3-loss regular seasons

In the comparison of TO's early career and BP's....getting credit for
winning 9 games isn't what it used to be.  12 game seasons are generally an
extra "gimme" game so it looks good in the win column, but 9 wins now is
what 8 wins used to be.  Looking at the loss column is interesting.
Osborne had 3-loss regular seasons in his 2nd, 4th, and 5th seasons, and
then never again. (I think this is right).
