It's a good piece but it's about the umpteenth article Ive read comparing
the start of Pelini's career to the start of Osborne's.  Tom was a new head
coach 40 years ago and had been on the staff for 8 years previously.  He
didn't have to walk into a decimated program and and put it back together
and run it with no experience in doing so.  I think Pelini is an absolute
mess in a lot of areas, but it hasn't been the easiest road to hoe.
