Some stories on Twitter report that Carl is going to be the new head coach at Florida Atlantic with Mike stoops coming to NU

Story is out? Where? Are there links?

A Google search shows this has been "reported" pretty much every year 
since the Pelinis showed up here. The articles show dates from last 
year, the year before, etc.
