[Husker] A couple penalty calls

The chop block was a bad call. Caputo put a cut block on the guy, after 
which another Husker engaged him high. It has to be the other way around 
to be a penalty. There were several others that were questionable, at 
best: the holding call on Yoshi was ticky-tack; the defensive holding 
call on David was almost nonexistent; on one of the pass-interrerence 
calls the receiver would have to have been out of bounds to catch the 
ball. I'm not sure what the rule is on kickoffs; I suspect kickers 
sometimes plant in front of the ball, but I've never seen it called.
