What I was trying to say, that I may not have done a very good job is that if the team had going to the B1G Championship game as their #1 goal this season and now it cannot happen, then the team could just 'dial it in' on Friday. I do not believe that the team was looking past Michigan to the championship game.

I do not believe that this is the case, but I was just trying to make an objective observation/prediction of the remainder of the season.

The Coach Pelini show is replayed on BTN Monday mornings and I had a chance to watch it today. It was good to hear both Coach Pelini and the players stating that they lost as a team and there is no reason for finger pointing. The players interviewed in the N-quotes portion said that they need to move on and get ready for the game against Iowa.
