[Husker] Did Nebraska beat Penn State or did Penn State beat themselves.

I was wondering what the buzz was on how Nebraska won.  My thought is 
probably the biggest factor was an inexperienced coaching staff.  Yea, 
the interim coaching staff wasn't new hires, but weren't they missing 
two coaches (Paterno and the whisle-blower?)  It's one thing to 
contribute as an assitant., but to be the head coach with 3 days til 
game day was difficult to do.
One example is when Penn State called their first time out in the 2nd 
half. Instead of calling time out right away after the the Husker first 
down, , they let the clock go several seconds before they called time 
out.  This is a fundamental error.
I'm just throwing this out as a talking point.
