[Husker] Penn State riots?

I believe that this is a very valid concern.  While the general feeling
here (with some exceptions) is that we would like visitors to feel welcome,
there is a much stronger tradition of PSU students having the attitude
that they don't want opposing fans to feel welcome.  I trust that the
institution will take extrodinary steps to ensure security.
