Uncharted territory!  My guess the slot is just vacated on the 
schedule.  However, I have no idea how you rectify that in the standings 
if other teams have played more games than Nebraska and Penn State.  The 
other alternative is that Penn State forfeits the game to Nebraska, but 
that hardly seems fair either....There is no good solution here.  Maybe 
they can play the game in an empty stadium?

It seems trivial to even talk about this...what a sad situation!
