[Husker] BTN's Tom Dienhart: Cancel the game

What is the right thing to do? Man that is a tough one. The time and
opportunity to do the right thing in this situation passed long ago to the
horror of everyone who realizes what occurred because of the inaction of
those who should have acted. I tell my daughter that "You will always know
what the right thing to do is. Just stop and think and you will always be
able to see what the right thing to do is. The problem is when the right
thing isn't necessarily the thing you want. But you'll always respect
yourself if you do the right thing anyway."

So I guess I don't see the benefit in cancelling the game. I do see the
benefit in finding some way to keep Paterno from coaching again. I can't
believe that the PSU trustees want the entire nation to watch 100,000 PSU
fans screaming their love and adoration for a guy who is dirty in this
dirtiest of crimes. It was bad enough to see him holding a pep rally on
his front yard while all this is coming out. Shouting "we are" while the
crowd answers "Penn State". Shut up and go away Joe. Right now.
