[Husker] Death Penalty?

I don't see how any of the charges of wrongdoing fall under NCAA scrutiny.  I don't understand how those sending such e-mails are based with any logic.

I have little doubt that there have been calls on various blogs and twitter for such a reaction.  I've even seen emails suggesting that the NCAA should give Penn State the 'death penalty' for this.
