I might have missed it, but we do not seem to run any screen or shovel passes any more.
I admit I'm not the most knowledgable guy, but we do not seem to have anything in the playbook to slow down a defense on a day that our line isn't opening up holes.
Also, I understand running the option to the short side back in the 90's when we had a great lines. But right now I do not quite understand. The sideline is the 12th defender.
