[Husker] HuskerPedia?

It's a long story... but two years ago, there was a parting of the ways between David Max, who founded HuskerPedia, and Information SuperBrand.  Information SuperBrand took over control of HuskerPedia, and Max started HuskerMax.com .  Since then, while the archives at HuskerPedia remained, the "BBS" dwindled as users chose to switch to HuskerMax.

Max filed a lawsuit against Information SuperBrand seeking the return of HuskerPedia.  Max won that lawsuit last week, and Information SuperBrand is apparently appealing. But with the victory, Max now has obtained a restraining order on HuskerPedia.

My expectation is that once the legalities are completed, HuskerPedia and HuskerMax will be merged back together...though I'm not sure under what brand name.  Probably both URL's will live for quite a while, though they'll probably point to the same content.
