You know, that's an excellent question.  I think it's lower on the list.
Unlike Cooper, in every interview he says, "I'm going to play football at
Nebraska" and rarely mentions baseball there.  He was pretty close with
Watson, but he really seems to like Beck and the new offense.

Really, at this point, I think it's more in the MLB team's court than
anything else.  Baseball America named him the best H.S. player in America
and the best offensive player in the draft.  

I would be so very ecstatic if he made it, I still put it around 20% he
stays @ NU, but there's going to be a very lucrative offer on the other side
of the table.  

If you were to believe what he says, I would put that number around 80% he
stays.  He's made comments like, "I'm not ready for pro baseball" and "I
really want to play football".

Of course it would be nice if someone he likes gets the job.  It can't hurt.

What about Rob Childress? It sounds insane, but I've heard several Aggie
fans 
who think he has to make it to Omaha to keep his job. If he's that 
unappreciated, he might be open to the discussion.
