Anita I think you are probably right. I always thought it was supposed to
be just the college career, but the player's pro career must carry some
weight. Shields was a terrific guard for sure, all-american and outland
trophy winner. But College Hall of Fame ahead of Tommie Frazier? Not
something I can understand, but to my shock, I wasn't even consulted.
