Why in the world, after bunting the tying run to second in the bottom
of the eigth inning, with one out and one strike would the NU batter
attempt a bunt?  Was that called or does the batter have liberty to
do something like that?  Either way, I don't understand doing that.

Then, after that batter's out, didn't NU have a left-handed pinch hitter
to bring in?  The right-handed pitchers did not look good against the
side-armed delivery from the right side..
