Well, the top two managers above Tressel are Gordon Gee and Gene Smith; if
one's to judge by some of the recent public comments both have made, neither
is very conscientious about these sorts of things. Perhaps it's the case
that neither one was aware of the full impact of Tressel's actions, or they
truly thought they could keep the cover on.
