They should have rights to some of them.  1995 Nebraska/Michigan State and 1999 
Nebraska/Iowa were televised under Big Ten television contracts.  And if they 
have the rights to the 1998 Orange Bowl (CBS under the old Bowl Alliance), they 
should have rights to the 1996 Fiesta Bowl (CBS under the old Bowl Alliance).
