[Husker] Draft

I thought freshmen had to report on July 10 in order to play in the
fall.  Seems someone on the list mentioned this just recently.  I
can't access all my old email on my phone but I'm pretty sure that the
implication was that Bubba will have to make a decision by that date.

Anyone remember that conversation?
