[Husker] pryor done at Ohio State

Ironically, the reason Pryor didn't declare for the draft was a personal
commitment he made to Jim Tressel that he'd return.  Not that I blame him,
given the loyalty players have to their coaches, but it's still unfortunate
for the young man.
