I think that's question for Dish to answer, Time Warner Cable in Lincoln 
already did what the Big Ten wanted, almost certainly under pressure
from both the Big Ten and UNL.

However, one of the differences between a satellite provider and a cable 
system is that the cable system is easier to tune to a specific 
geographic market.
