[Husker] Big Ten moves to basic cable in Lincoln

Time Warner Cable has announced that the Big Ten Network will move
to channel 24 on basic cable in Lincoln next month, which means that 
Husker games on BTN should be available to all cable subscribers in Lincoln.

They have also announced channels for the two BTN overflow channels, so 
if there are multiple Big Ten games on at the same time they should
all be available on cable live, although that may only be true for
those who have the HD channels.
