I think it is the coaches and how they reflect the more open and accessible
attitudes of both Tom and Bo. Bo open? Yeah... just don't ask stupid,
rhetorical questions :)
Both of these guys have been awesome and are just as down to earth in person
as they project when speaking. I really did feel there was a difference this
year versus last with an underlaying up beat tone in their talk and overall
outlook.
It seems that the coaching staff is confident they are building a machine
the right way. What I particularly liked were those times when it would be
easy to give coach speak and instead they just said they couldn't really
answer the question due to the answer being sensitive or competitive
advantage. Maybe its middle age but I appreciate that instead of bs :)
